01 Introduction

Welcome to BJI, the online gaming and sports betting platform available at bji.best. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and BJI ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of all services provided through the website.

02 Eligibility & Registration

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BJI employee or contractor.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended BJI account. Only one account per person is permitted.

BJI reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration on BJI is free. We will never charge a fee simply for creating an account or maintaining an open, verified account in good standing.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your BJI account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — whether or not you personally authorised each individual action.

• Password security: Keep your login credentials private. Do not share your username or password with anyone. BJI will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other channel.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. You must change your password without delay.
• Accurate information: You must keep your account details — including contact number and payment details — up to date at all times. Outdated information that causes a failed withdrawal is the player's responsibility.
• Account transfer: BJI accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Minors: If you share a device with anyone under 18, you are responsible for ensuring they cannot access your BJI account. We strongly recommend enabling device-level security and logging out after each session.

04 Deposits & Payments

BJI processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any channel-specific limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits are credited to your BJI balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Most mobile wallet deposits reflect within minutes.
• BJI does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with your payment provider if you are unsure.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder may be declined or reversed.
• If a deposit fails or is delayed, do not attempt the same transaction multiple times before contacting support. Duplicate charge queries can cause additional delays.
• BJI reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Full details on processing times, minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable conditions are available on the Withdrawal page.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• BJI processes withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours on business days. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be released once all applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is returned to BJI by your bank or wallet provider due to incorrect account details, you are responsible for providing corrected information. Re-processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the returned amount.
• BJI reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BJI offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and event-specific campaigns tied to Cricket, PSL, and other sports. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which are published on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Every bonus has an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account when the promotion period ends.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active welcome bonuses simultaneously. Reload and event bonuses follow the conditions stated in each individual offer.
• Abuse prevention: BJI actively monitors for bonus abuse including multi-accounting, coordinated play, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts found engaging in these practices will have bonuses cancelled and may be closed.
• Right to withdraw offers: BJI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are mid-way through a wagering requirement when a promotion is cancelled will be notified individually.

07 Sports Betting Rules

BJI's sports betting service covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other global sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your balance. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: If a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, BJI reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets. Decisions made by BJI's trading team regarding bet settlement are final.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays for verification. During PSL matches and major international T20 events, certain markets may be suspended temporarily during active play phases such as balls in flight.
• Maximum payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits per event and per day. Maximum payout limits for each market are displayed before you place your bet.
• Match cancellations: If a match is abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, BJI reserves the right to cancel affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. Winnings paid in error will be recovered from your balance.

08 Casino & Game Rules

Games available in the BJI Game Lobby — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fish games, and table game variants — are provided by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates according to its own RTP and rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play begins.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. BJI does not control or interfere with individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server. If the server confirms the round result, that result stands. If the server could not determine a result, the stake for that round will be returned.
• Bets placed using bonus balance are subject to the wagering contribution rates of each game type as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino games may have reduced or zero contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Jackpot games have their own specific rules and payout structures. Jackpot winnings are paid in full regardless of the standard maximum daily payout limit, unless otherwise stated.
• Any malfunction or technical fault in a game that affects the ability to determine a fair outcome will result in the affected round being voided and stakes returned.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BJI and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account, or using a third party's account to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system that places bets without manual human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix outcomes or systematically exploit bonus offers.
• Using arbitrage strategies, matched betting, or low-risk wagering tactics that exploit promotional terms rather than constitute genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Providing false identity information or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BJI support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Where BJI reasonably believes prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze account balances, void all open and settled bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities if required. BJI's determination of prohibited conduct, following internal review, is final.

10 Responsible Gaming

BJI is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming and sports betting should remain entertainment — an activity you do within a comfortable personal budget, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Enable session time notifications to remind you how long you have been logged in during a single session.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can request a temporary account pause or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or BJI may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact support and request closure. Any real-money balance remaining after all active wagering requirements are settled will be returned to you via your registered payment channel.

BJI may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if continued operation of your account presents a financial, legal, or security risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12 Limitation of Liability

BJI provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted, BJI is not liable for any losses — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, third-party payment delays, or temporary platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.

BJI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. No compensation is payable for downtime, except where BJI's own verified technical error directly caused a financial loss to your account.

13 Privacy & Data

BJI collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and improve the platform experience.

14 Amendments to These Terms
